On May 6, 2021 Penny was playing in her fenced in back yard with her fur friend Bella. My father in law ran down the street to his daughter house for a very short period of time. When he returned home around 6:45PM, Penny was no where to be found and Bella was all alone. My in laws live on Oxford Street (Cranston, RI) which is a dead end next to Gladstone Elementary School. The neighbors have a ring doorbell and watched the footage, but it’s a bad angle. There was a group of people over in the park next to the school. We’re not 100%, but we think they came over and took Penny. We are an absolute mess over this and any help would be appreciated.
